    Big mountain sausages. Vinaigrette is balsamic vinegar, orange juice, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper. . Salad is shaved fennel, orange pieces, pomegranate seeds, baby romaine.

    I’ve been getting into some plant based sausages lately. The best ones I’ve tried were Field Roast Apple & sage, and Beyond meat breakfast sausage.
