Amazing. What kind of pan of pan is that?

I need someone to film themselves cooking a steak like this from start to finish.

Damn that looks amazing. I got a stainless steel pan recently, haven’t cooked a steak in it yet. Will try your method!

  4. hot take: stainless can get you a better sear, faster than a cast iron. especially if you’re dealing with a thin cut.

Excellent sear and i cant deny this at all!

Whats the meat? The way it’s cut gives me the vibes of it being pretty high end…that crust and the perfect edge to edge pinkness…wow…you probably couldn’t get that consistently at a Michelin rated restaurant.

I pretty much never use my cast iron for steak now. It takes forever to heat up. I prefer the heat up times on carbon steel or SS now.
