First time cooking a Denver steak! 400 days grass fed. Tried going for medium rare. How did I do?

    Beautiful sear and great color. Looks to be on the rare side of medium rare, but nothing wrong with that! Never done a Denver before… it’s on my list! How was it?

    Cook is beautiful, sear could be better for my preference though. And some pepper would do wonders for those eggs btw.

    Denver is very similar to the Zabuton and that’s the best cut as far from I’m concerned
