Went crazy with my therapy today

Pretty much made ube and coconut filled jam breads.

The glossy breads were a milk bread type recipe I found with egg wash

While the bread crumb was from a pandesal recipe I usually make. I turned it to a Spanish bread (Filipino based recipe) with how I rolled it

While the Ube jam I used held it together (I’ve used this same jam before and recipe) the coconut jam decide to leak out 💀💀
