INGREDIENTS & METHOD:

Red lentil (Daal masoor) 1 cup
Salt(namak) 1tsp
Black pepper powder ( kuti Kali mirch) 1tsp
Paprika powder1 tsp
Dried mint 1tsp
Carrot 1 medium (slice cut)
Potato 1 medium( slice cut)
Tomato 1 medium(slice cut)
Onion 1 medium fine chopped
Spring onion 1
Garlic 2 cloves slice
Warm water 2 cups
Tomato puree 1 cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Method
Wash lentils properly and then soak them for 1 hour.
Take a cooking pot pour 1 tbsp oil add chopped onion
Cook for 2 mins then add sliced garlic and cook for 1 min.
Now Add red lentils mix it add potato, tomato, Carrot & salt.
Mix it.
Add 2 cups of warm water and cook until boiled for 20 mins
Now blend it.
Take another pan, add butter, oil, and tomato puree, cook for 2 mins, then add All spices.
Add half a cup of water and cook until thick.
Now Add this puree mixture in lentil soup.mix it and cook for 5 mins switch off the flame.
Garnish with some green onion or dried mint.
Serve Hot
