    A lot of bad advice in here. It all looks good just tighten up presentation.

    Looks fantastic overall. Only things that caught my eye to improve are cutting the eggs the right way, and fixing the cook on the bok choy in the veggie bowl. Par cook it in seasoned dashi, but keep it bright green.
