Looks fantastic overall. Only things that caught my eye to improve are cutting the eggs the right way, and fixing the cook on the bok choy in the veggie bowl. Par cook it in seasoned dashi, but keep it bright green.

Those eggs look very round, you’re not being a maniac and cutting them top and bottom right? Haha
I know western bowls have more ingredients going on, that’s OK. But I think it could be a little more neat on the presentation.
Getting your noodle fold dialed in will help with making like you didn’t just plop stuff in the bowl.
