For the baked chicken , I simply marinated the whole chicken with lemon juice, garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp of patis and a pinch of black pepper. In a preheated oven @350 degrees fahrenheit, baked for 30-35 minutes /depends on the size of the chicken HAPPY COOKING.
