Made some pulled pork yesterday. How to reheat leftovers? Preheat broiler/airfryer? Sous vide 130f for 30mins? Lay on a baking sheet and wrap with foil and gently reheat in the oven? Low power microwave?
I think I came up something better. Put your pan on burner while you're taking stuff out of the fridge. Put food in cast iron on low heat and torch it. If you want more char flip it and continue torching.
Fast ✅ charred ✅ stays warm in the pan while you're eating ✅ fast cleanup when you're done ✅ your family thinks you've lost your mind ✅

Great idea – I’m going to try the blowtorch method on my eye of round roast tomorrow instead of finishing off in cast iron skillet. Would probably be a lot less smoke and splattering (that is my hope anyway)

  2. For pulled pork I have two methods – boil and strain the bag juice, warm the pork in a pan with the juice, keeping it below a boil. Second is take the rendered fat and fry the pork to be crispy. For tacos I go crispy, but other uses doing both is often the play since you get beautifully juicy chunks with some of the crispy bacony bits

  3. Pulled pork I just microwave and stir in 20 sec intervals …. Yall do what you want
