Eggless Chocolate Cake.
Cake without egg / Cake without Milk / Cake without Butter.
This SIMPLE VEGAN CHOCOLATE CAKE is super moist and easy to make.

✅ Ingredients:
3/4 cup (150 g) Superfine (granulated) Sugar
1/4 cup (30 g) Baking Cocoa (dutch processed)
1 cup (240 ml) Hot Water (150-160oF; 65-71oC)
1/4 cup (60 ml) Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon (5 ml) Lemon/White Vinegar
1 ¼ cup (175 g) All-Purpose Flour
1 ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

Round Pan : 7 inch (18 cm) diameter

Bake in preheated oven at 350oF (180oC) for 30 minutes (for a fudgy texture)
or 35 minutes (for a more cakey texture)

* It is very important to PREHEAT the oven. Bake when oven reaches the right temperature.
* All oven are not the same. Please adjust cooking time accordingly. If toothpick inserted in middle of cake comes out clean, cake is done.
* Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients until JUST combined and dry flour is no longer visible. Do not overmix the batter or the cake will be dense.

    Only one part that I would like to improve, and maybe you know how. How can I make the cake taste more chocolaty? Right now the flavour seems a little diluted, slightly watery, and I want the taste of chocolate to be more pronounced.

    How do I do that without ruining the moist texture?
