I usually do my wings with cornstarch and flour but today I did potato starch, flour and egg. The crunch is amazing! Will definitely try this recipe again.

    This reminds me of the pre-Covid Bonchon recipe. What temperature did you use and for how long ?

    The peanut oil was between 300 and 350. The first fry took about 10 minutes, and the second took about 8ish. I usually finish my second fry based mostly on the color.
