I LOVE onions, especially the ones on the McDonald’s burgers lol I spoke with someone who worked there and they use freeze dried onions and rinse them/add water. I tried it and it’s exactly the same thing. Have been in and out of the hospital, so sick of wasting fresh veggies. I want my onions, I got them

This was the one good thing that came from working at McDonald’s, learning the secret of rehydrated onions. They’re best when served on a smash burger with pickles and mustard 😋
