I’m hosting a little Libanese feast this Christmas and serve it with 4 different Musar wines. Jeune blanc, Red hochar for the starters and the 2016 white chateau Musar and 2000 red Chateau Musar with the main. With the chocolate dessert I serve a 2011 Dolc de l’Obac which is the wine I’m most enthusiastic about. Unique dessert wine

I didn’t know ice perry existed, sounds cool.

I’ll be having some Schramsberg 2015 J Schram Blanc and some 2013 late disgorged with apps. Probably gonna open a 2019 Armillary Cab for dinner and do some mulled wine with dessert.

Apéro of home made foie gras: Krug. Starter of otorro sashimi, snow crab salad and hamachi ceviche: 2006 dom perignon. Main of beef Wellington: 2016 Alion. Orange triffle desert: 30 year old grahams tawny port.
