Rosemary Infused Oil 🎄
1 cup olive oil
½ cup washed and patted dry rosemary
Sterilized jar and lid

Please note: the jars must be sterilised.
Ensure that the rosemary is patted dry after washing
Place the rosemary and oil into a saucepan and heat over a medium heat until it is just simmering – tiny bubbles will appear. Remove from heat and sieve into the jar. Close with a lid and label.
