I want to make your Life Better. Has anyone ever genuinely said that to you until now?
I created a website in 2007 to help others with Life Tips. I soon transferred my first video to YouTube in 2012. That video is still helping people and saving them money today. I want to give back to all of those who gave to me. The cat photo was the only photo I have left of such a great kitty. He passed in 2010. Thank you Gizmo for all the love and Joy you brought to my life.
Progress not perfection. Life is not perfect. We must always continue to instill confidence and progress forward together.

Most times I will sautee a chopped onion, bell pepper, garlic, etc with the mince to stretch the dish and add flavor. I also don't drain off the fat, I add a bit of flour to the fat to make it into a proper roux, then cook off the raw flour taste, add milk and butter, add the flavor packet and any additional spices, herbs, and cheese to enhance the flavor of the sauce base. This will require you to add liquid based on your preferred final wetness of the dish. I also cook the noodles separately till al dente in salted water so there is no risk of some of the pasta being overcooked and others undercooked. Combine and serve. I guarantee the results are far better than following the box.
