These were so good! My photo doesn't do them justice. I'm cooking for one, so I love the taco options. I can usually spread it out over the meals since their 3 tacos serving size is usually too much. Well, tonight I wolfed down two tacos, immediately got up and made another. Great flavors. Love the fresh pickled veggies on top.
