I’ve recently been obsessed with Brie cheese and just bought a new brand to try! I’m so excited but I’m having an issue and can’t figure it out. It’s a small wheel that has a paper wrap around it. Once I took the paper wrap off I discovered that it has a second thin paper wrap, that has completely adhered to the rind of the cheese. It seems absolutely impossible to peel off as it quickly breaks. Am I missing something? Thank you in advance (picture of the brand)
