    It needs to be a bit more saucy. Like this, looks a bit dry.

    It’s on the right track but it’s too dry.

    Try making the sauce separately in a bowl by grating some pecorino romano, black pepper, pasta water, and egg yolk. The pasta water should be warm enough to emulsify everything together, and then add your pasta to the sauce and stir.
