It's a gas station Buffalo chicken stick that has cheese in with the chicken. I've been eating it for a few years & have been told it's a great idea this way & I have had a few react like I drowned a puppy. To me, it's just like a spicy chicken sandwich but in hotdog form, so why not put it on a hotdog bun? If I'm feeling fancy, I will add some onions & pickles, but usually, I have just enough time to throw mayo on it, pay & get back on the road.

I love these fucking things so much. They’re good alone without a bun. They’re good with a bun and some ranch dressing. I wouldn’t put mayo or anything else on it though.

growing up, my dad would always take my to 7/11 or speedway and buy me these buffalo cheese chicken rollers.
I still love them as an adult. I get them whenever I travel and stop at a gas station.
I have never thought to put them in a bun. thank you.
