I used this recipe but I had to substitute golden syrup for honey in the second batch. Double the recipe is plenty of gingerbread!
I also have a nerve disorder so piping was… Fun. But I'm happy with how it turned out!

This is SO lovely and your piping looks great! I’d definitely feel guilty dismantling this to eat it (but I also would eat it anyway because gingerbread is S tier).
