That’s how the discount codes work generally, you get a bigger discount to start and then it goes down until it stops
Edit: ignore my comment, I just noticed it’s the same box. Contact support and see what they have to say

The box itself didn’t double in price. Its the same in both pics. Your promo code was halved and now you’re being charged for shipping.

What did the discount on the box before look like? If you had a box ship in the five days between screenshots, that box received the 50% discount and free shipping. This box got the “next” discount (usually 15% or so).
