How can I achieve taller feet? Or are these feet ok? I’ve tried raising my oven temp to 315 from 300. I make sure they are dry. Do I need to try cream of tartar? I tried cream of tartar before and it was a thick disaster. Help please!

  1. What do you mean about cream of tartar being a disaster? I have always used it.

  2. The shells look a little flat overall. I wonder if you are over-mixing the batter a bit.
