Photo one is my dinner tonight, photo two is the ingredients for the enchiladas, photo three is my logged calories for dinner.

I made braised chicken breasts and then combined them with some leftover rotisserie chicken for the filling. I would recommend using more enchilada sauce than I did.

Recipe:
1. Put chicken on tortillas
2. Put cheese on tortillas (reserve some for the top)
3. Roll tortillas and put in baking dish
4. Cover with enchilada sauce
5. Top with some more cheese
6. Bake at 375° F for like 20 minutes? Idk, keep an eye on it and take it out when cheese is melty
