Low carb brownies with chocolate chips

  1. * 1/4 cup erythiritol or keto approved sweetner
    * 4 tbsp softened butter
    * 1/2 cup super fine almond flour
    * 2 eggs
    * 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    * 1/2 tsp aluminum free baking powder
    * 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    * 2 tbsp water
    * 4 oz Lily’s chocolate chips

    1. Preheat oven or air fryer oven to 350. I baked these in my air fryer oven.

    2. With hand mixer, cream together butter and keto sweetner. Then add all ingredients but chips. Mix until well combined. You can then stir in chips with spatula or add them to top of brownies before baking. I did it both ways and they are both delicious!
    3. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper. I used an aluminum pan and lined it with parchment paper for easy clean up. Add batter to pan and spread batter around so it’s even.

    4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until done. Check with toothpick in the middle and when it comes out almost clean, pull them out and let rest 20 minutes before cutting.

    These brownies are absolutely amazing and even our non keto friends thoroughly enjoyed them!! Always remember to use the absolute best keto ingredients!!
