    I have all ingredients for tteokbokki except I couldnt find big dried anchovies in my asian store.. I bought these that were in the fridge. Do you think I can use them for the stock? (Just for emergency, I also got some bag with premade tteokbokki sauce but I’d rather try it myself this time)

    I’m a bit confused OP, are these not anchovies? It says salted dried anchovy on the packaging…
