Spicy shrimp cocktail with Marie Rose sauce

The key is to use fresh shrimp for maximum flavor. Frozen shrimp, once thawed, become watery and bland. The texture of thawed shrimp is also not optimal.
Classic Marie Roses sauce is a creamy sauce that consists of a simple mixture of mayonnaise, ketchup worcestershire sauce and ground pepper, but you can add other flavors if you want to add flavor.
Shrimp cocktail must be served the right way. Serve it in elegant glass glasses or prepare cups you can add lettuce and serve it in individual portions.

Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh prawns
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon worcester shire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch of black pepper

Clean shrimp by removing head, legs, and tail.

Bring water with lemon and salt to a boil.

In a bowl put mayonnaise

mix.

Blanch shrimp.

Allow to cool.

Combine the shrimp with the sauce.

Serve with a little black pepper.
