Made smash burgers but not on my black stone or cast iron as usual. Surprisingly it rocked! The double is mine the single with lettuce is my son’s.

    80/20 ground beef balls (garlic, pepper, salt on outside) smashed , sharp cheddar tillamook, butter lettuce, raw onion, not enough mayo, an unseen bed of pickles. I dipped in ranch mostly due to not enough mayo.

    If you didn’t use a cast iron pan, what did you cook it in? I want to make a smash burger but I don’t have a flat top on my grill so trying to figure out what kind of pan I can use indoors.
