Never did this before but this subreddit has inspired me to do it. Wasnt expecting it to be like spinach and reduce in size by like 90%.

    Idk if this is a troll post to bait people into being dickheads about it or whatever, but if it isn’t then that’s not a bad effort – we all have to start somewhere.

    For future reference, your heat was too high and it’ll have created some acrid, bitter, burnt compounds that are actually highly carcinogenic. A lower heat and longer time will cook them more evenly, too.

    You’ll also get better results in a pan that isn’t non-stick.
