I tried to recreate a spicy chicken stew my Korean mom made growing up. I used thighs, gochugaru (red peppers), soy sauce flavored with celery, carrots, and green peppers.

    My brother/sister in christ that looks straight 🔥🔥🔥. Love gochugaru, can be hard to find it here sometimes.

    This looks great! Been learning to cook a little this year and found I really like gochuchang and then gochugaru if I want more heat.
