I wonder what chances are that it’s actually a sticker. If I had to guess, normally they would freeze the pizza, then put the label on it and wrap it in plastic. I’d be willing to bet it’s just regular paper, but the pizza thawed at some point slightly and then refroze causing the paper to stick.
