Ingredients and recipe:
4 cups frozen strawberries and 1/3 cup white sugar mix together and reduce
8 oz. Cream Cheese and 1/3 cup sugar blend until creamy
1 ready to bake pie or pastry shell
combine reduced strawberries and cream cheese mixture and spread on pie or pastry shell
roll, braid or fold the pastry shell however you want
egg wash
bake on parchment lined baking sheet at 400 degrees for 30 minutes
Allow to cool then take some strawberry sauce and drizzle or spoon on side with whipped cream.
