Homemade sauce- not an authentic bolognese.
I cooked some Italian-style meatballs, added tomato paste, red wine- reduced, then added some Stanislaus tomatoes, garlic cloves, basil, oregano, and crushed red pepper. It simmered for a couple hours- finished with cream.
Topped with pecorino, ricotta,basil, and olive oil.
