I've never splurged on a premium meal before, but I figured I'd treat myself during my time off with my Christmas bonus. It was fun to make, but not my favorite I've had. I don't regret it, but I wouldn't order it again…but if I did I'd do more lemon, less thyme.
Does anyone else opt to just use more pans and do multiple steps at once? Normally it's fine, but this one had a lot more going on and I wish I'd just followed the directions because I kept losing track of things…

I’ve never gone super premium. I’ve gone mid range premium and never liked what I made. How much would you say one serving of this cost? It doesn’t look bad, but also not mouth watering.
