Hello!

I’m looking to buy a new coffee machine.
I was initially going for a Vertuo Plus then decided to go for the original version because the capsules are cheaper and other brands make than too.

Is there a difference between the Essenza Mini sold by Nespresso, Magimix and Krups?

Also if anyone wouldn’t recommend this particular model, could you please share why?

Thank you!

the capsules are cheaper because they’re smaller, you’ll use twice as many so no savings there. Third party capsules are utterly horrid, for the most part. The only good ones are the same price as Nespresso so no savings there. The machine are all the same.

  2. Those machines are all the same. The build quality is slightly higher (and water capacity larger) on Pixie, Citiz, and Inissia, but not necessarily worth paying a premium.

It is all the same internally. Just different external housing.
