30 day dry aged Sirloin with some black truffle and herb compound butter (added on top while it rested) and then eaten with fries, fried corn and bacon wrapped asparagus.

    If have to say you did very badly to weight five years to cook a thick steak. However now that u have finally followed ur calling , it looks like u kno what u are doing 😊
