BBQ Cauliflower Wings:

1 head of cauliflower
1 1/4 cup plant milk
1 tbs lemon juice
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup tapioca starch
1/2 vegan panko
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
Salt & black pepper to taste
Your favorite BBQ Sauce
Avocado oil spray

*Bake at 425F for 20 mins, flip, spray and bake at 425F for another 10-15 mins.

Black Bean Sweet Potato Cups:

Beans:
2 Tbsp avocado oil
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
½ red onion, diced
1 Tbsp. adobo sauce (from a can of chipotle chiles in adobo)
1 tbs minced garlic
1 tsp  chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp ground cumin
1 (15-oz.) can black beans, drained
¼ cup vegetable broth
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
Sea salt
Black pepper

Sweet potato cups:
1 Sweet Potato, peeled and grated
1/4 cup panko
2 tbs avocado oil
Sea salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder

Other ingredients:
Vegan shredded cheese
Salsa

*Bake for 30 minutes, add bean mix, vegan cheese and then bake for 30 more minutes

Vegan Cajun Alfredo w/ Crispy tofu:

Cajun Seasoning:
2 tbs smoked paprika
1 tbs salt
1 tbs garlic powder
1/2 tbs black pepper
1/2 tbs white pepper
1/2 tbs onion powder
1/2 tbs oregano
1/2 tbs cayenne pepper

Crispy Tofu:

1 block of soy free tofu, pressed
1 cup of unsweetened plant milk
2 tbs mustard
1 cup vegan panko + 1 tsp cajun seasoning
1 cup flour + 2 tsp cajun seasoning
Avocado oil spray

Bake at 425F for 30 mins, flipping half way.

Vegan Cajun Alfredo:
1 cup of raw cashews, Soaked overnight
8 oz of chickpea pasta
1-2 tbs avocado oil
4 clover garlic, minced
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 lemon juice
1 tsp salt
2-3 tbs cajun seasoning
1/4 cup vegan Parmesan cheese

    Great recipes but I don't cook with oils but uses Vegetable Broth or just water. Salute 👍🏿👍🏿

  4. All of these recipes look really good. I use Cauliflower for various recipes. It's so versatile. But, I have NEVER tried them as BBQ cauliflower wings. They look soooooo good. Those Black bean sweet potato cups really made my mouth water. You always give really creative ways to cook meals. I am trying these recipes. Thanks!

  7. Can u always say how much spice u suggest ' to taste'?

    For example, say I used 1/2 tsp salt or to taste! 🎉 I like knowing a starting point!

  8. Everything looks delicious. Suggestions for that pasta… adding broccoli, mushrooms, or additional sauteed but not blended veg (onions, garlic, peppers) in the sauce would be good. More vegan cheese on top or a flat noodle is more like the alfredo i used to eat.
