Had to try the Fire Fries. They were ok. Much better as a leftover mac and cheese topping (along with some Melinda’s creamy ghost pepper tossed chicken).

We used to fight each other in school over those things. They were the most popular bag of chips you could buy and they never bought enough of them. I haven’t seen a bag in 13 years easily.

Hot fries are way better in terms of flavor IMO. Good idea for the mac n cheese!

I’m curious how you’re making your mac and cheese. At a glance it looks like you pre-cooked the pasta, then put it in a pan with shredded/grated cheddar, but that’s just a guess.
I’m used to recipes requiring a roux and milk to mix the cheese in, but yours looks good but very different.
