get eggs broken, mixed with some salt and pepper, mix it well(i suggest using cup and chopsticks.

Thinly chop some spring onion, stir fry it on low heat with cooking oil.

When you can smell the flavoiur, spring onion starts getting transparent? put thinly sliced pork(any part will do)

keep stir frying till meat starts getting brown,

Pour mixed egg over atop, covering the whole frying pan.

lower the eat, put a lid on it(or just flip it when one side is cooked enough)

    sauce is soy sauce(진간장), some chilly flakes(고추가루), a drop or two of sesame oil(들기름/참기름)

    Oh I always thought yook jeon was only beef. At least how my family made it. Because “yook ” means beef. Like yookgaejang.
