Pecan Pie
1 pie shell unbaked (fresh or thawed if frozen)
1/4 cup self rising flour
1 cup sugar
3 eggs beaten
1/4 cup melted butter (1/2 stick)
1/2 cup dark or light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups pecans )chopped or whole)
 Blend sugar and flour and add the beaten eggs, and butter, corn syrup, vanilla, and pecans stir all together and pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 325F degree oven for 45 minutes.
