Really easy dish to make. Pretty much no prep aside from trimming the green beans and cutting the sweet potatoes.

Only thing I would suggest is adding the green beans at the same time as the chicken. I followed the recipe and green beans were a bit too crunchy and not roasted enough for my liking. Still good nevertheless 🙂

  1. I liked this one so much, I bought stuff to make it again a day later

This one is a good solid recipe. It’s very easy and the maple syrup is a nice addition. Re green beans: HF says to cook green beans 12-15 minutes. I only ever cook the green beans for 11-12 minutes in my oven bc by then they are very well roasted and soft with a bit of charring. By 15 minutes they would be very overdone, and there just wouldn’t be anything left of them if I roasted them an additional 8 minutes with the chicken! Are you sure your oven is totally preheated and you haven’t been opening the oven door while cooking? I know my oven runs on the hot side but I can’t imagine roasting beans for a full 20+ minutes.

We got ground chicken in our box instead of chicken breasts, so we made spicy maple chicken meatballs lol
