I put this together as tonight's dinner. Posted it in a WhatsApp group of friends.Apparently presentation is horrific but nobody told me why,(they go to a pub that does sausage and mash if you can call it that every Tuesday where you have to pay for a second sausage as an extra and almost liquid mash). maybe I went too heavy on the onions, too much mash, not enough sausages? Who cares, tasted great.
