The meat is a chicken and lamb combo yiros meat with onions. It’s from an AB (atomic bomb in Adelaide, South Australia) which is a pile of chips covered in yiros meat topped with three sauces – garlic, tomato and Bbq. The cheese is shredded vintage that’s kept in the freezer. Hash brown, also from the freezer. Ciabatta sliced loaf – you guessed it, freezer. I live alone and don’t go through food fast enough to not freeze it. Anyway, it was delicious!
