Managers Special – Pork Steaks. Under $5 for the meat.

My local small town grocery store had some pork steaks in the discount bin so I grab three of them. They were $1.05 up to $1.49 per package.

I decided to throw them on the pellet grill @ 225. I cooked them in a pan to confit them a little. They turned out pretty good. I’m happy enough considering I probably under $7 all-in with the pellets, seasoning, and meat.
