Sushi deluxe with toro-scallion-oshinko roll substituted for tuna roll. Also can someone help me identify the three pieces in the middle, between the mackerel and yellowtail?

    From left to right for the nigiri you’re asking for:
    Salmon belly, hamachi (yellowtail upper loin portion), and I have no effing clue on the last one, it’s so poorly cut.

    I’m glad you enjoyed your food, but this is an example of really poorly-made sushi. Shockingly bad actually.

    The salmon skin on the salmon nigiri is a horrible call. All of the fish, every single piece, is cut terribly. It’s really difficult to mess up hotate, but they did. If I saw that in front of me, I wouldn’t eat it because it screams food safety issues.

    I’m really disappointed in whatever restaurant thought it was okay to sell that to you.
