Fuck. This makes me seriously regret not doing prime rib this year.

I’m gonna need about triple the amount of gravy but it looks amazing

Results inconclusive: i need a taste test to confirm.

Honestly, it looks awesome! You got a nice searnwithout any grey meat. That’s basically the best you’re can do for a prime rib.

Awesome job. Even the eye is the exact color. More often than not, first timers don’t usually nail the color for the eye. I do need some horseradish though

It doesn’t get any better. Nice job 👍

I did one and the amount of fat in the center really chapped my ass

Looks great! Hope mine turns out well tomorrow.

  8. You guys and these prime rib posts. When’s the best time to buy one? Tonight? Tomorrow? Or the day after Christmas?

Looks pretty good on the outside. Inside is a little too rare for me. As we get older our stomachs can’t handle super rare meat.

I’d probably eat too much of that and possibly regret it later…

Thank you sir. The first one I can comment on without biting my tongue about overcooked edges. Looks great.
