Frozen in brine wings from Costco. Thawed then lightly dusted in baking powder. 400 degrees. 12 minutes on each side. Came out as if I deep fried them perfectly. Sauce is franks, unsalted kerrygold butter, white pepper, chopped garlic and a shot of tequila.

Nice! I have switched over to my oversize Breville counter top oven set to broil at 500F. I get them a deep crispy golden brown then flip them to do the same on the other side. About 23 minutes total. Franks with butter and honey. Wing on!!
These look done and then a bit more. Sigh me up!
