My wife gave me the Challenger Bread pan this morning, and it cooked up our Christmas sourdough that was in the fridge overnight. Yum!!

    I finally splurged this year on this pan, I love it, I actually had to drop my temps a bit because it retains so much better than my dutch oven. I did have to do some seasoning rounds to stop the pan from rusting, it was never much but it would form even if I would wipe it dry after a quick wipe down after bakes.
