Panna cotta – Królowa deserów na zimno


Ingredients:
– 250g petit beurre biscuits
– 100g butter
– a handful of strawberries, diced
– 2 peeled kiwis, diced
– a few raspberries
– cherries with a stem from the syrup
– red jelly
– currants
– whipped cream
additionally: 3 square dishes, 3 bowls and 3 glasses

Panna cotta:
– 12g gelatin
– 500ml 30% cream
– 150ml 3.2% milk
– 50g sugar
– 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
