This video is about making a beautiful Moroccan Fish with fresh vegetables in pan
Recipe
Fish fillet 1 lb
Green bell pepper 1, potatoes 2, carrot 1 ( cut them in 2 inches long strips)
Tomatoes 2 without seeds and skin ( you can use 2 tbs of tomato paste instead of tomatoes)
Green chili 1 without seeds ( cut it in strips)
Garlic 3 cloves cut them into halves
Extra virgin olive oil 3 tbs
Paprika 1 tsp
Cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Cilantro leaves 1/2 bunch
Water 1/2 cup
Method
In a pan add olive oil and 3 vegetables along with tomatoes, garlic, green chili, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, turmeric and cumin powder, sauté them on medium high flame for 3 minutes then add water, mix them and add half of cilantro leaves. Cover and cook them for 7 minutes on medium low flame. After 7 minutes set fish pieces on vegetables and let them cook for 4 minutes on medium low flame. Then flip the sides of fish fillet carefully, take some juices from pan and pour on fillet, cover them to cook for more 12 minutes on medium low flame. Keep the lid off and cook it on high flame for 3 seconds then garnish It with cilantro leaves and enjoy delicious Moroccan fish inshaAllah
