Based on this recipe: https://www.insidetherustickitchen.com/italian-green-beans-tomato-sauce/#wprm-recipe-container-3021

Ingredients:

-1 clove garlic, diced
-half a medium white onion, or a couple shallots if you have those instead
-strained tomatos/tomato sauce
-frozen green beans
-italian seasoning, if your sauce is plain
-oil or a non-stick pan for cooking
-shredded chicken breast

Directions:
Mince the garlic, dice the onion. Then sauté both in oil or a non-stick pan until browned. If using oil, you can just directly sauté in a saucepan for convenience, otherwise transfer to saucepan after browned, then add a bowlful of green beans, tomato sauce until covered, italian seasoning if using, and shredded chicken breast. Heat through and serve.

This isn't a pasta replacement, although I still think it's better than zucchini noodles anyhow since it isn't all watery. Honestly slaps and is a good lazy dinner if you want a lower calorie/lighter option than pasta or you just need to make the plain chicken breasts in your fridge a little more interesting.
