


Smoked a ham on my Silverback. 10.5lbs smoked at 225 till it reached 135. Rubbed with Honey Bacon BBQ by Meat Church and had water and apple juice in the pan while it cooked. Started glazing once it reached 115 with a honey glaze mix. Came out amazing!

Mine isn’t spiral cut but I’ll be smoking it an Saturday along with a picnic roast.
